What we collect and who sees it

What we collect

• Your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
• The deal terms you enter: parties, price, structure and the other inputs on the form.
• The Letter of Intent generated from those inputs.
• Technical data sent with the request, such as your IP address, browser and the page that referred you, used for abuse prevention.

How it is used and shared

• To generate your document and email it to you.
• Your contact details, deal summary and the generated letter are sent to Barlow & Williams PLLC and to Searcher School (Sunset Coast Partners, LLC). Either may contact you about your acquisition or their services.
• If you opt in, your email is added to the Searcher School newsletter. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except the service providers that host the tool, store submissions and deliver email.

Retention and your choices

Submissions are kept so that the firm and Searcher School can follow up and so re-download links in your email keep working. To have your submission and the generated document deleted, email hello@searcherschool.com from the address you used. The tool stores a draft of your inputs in your own browser so a page refresh does not lose your work; that draft never leaves your device until you submit.
